Making the switch
Set up first.

Most applications are approved within a few working days once we have your documents. We tell you what is outstanding rather than leaving you to guess.
No, and we would advise not to. Get set up first, check it works, then close the old account. Ask us about notice periods before you cancel anything, as some carry a charge.
The terms come from Teya, not from us, and they vary by setup. We will tell you the exact term before you sign rather than after.
Paperwork and your rate
Send one statement.

Identification, proof of your business, and a recent statement from your current provider if you want a rate comparison. The statement is the only thing that affects your rate.
You send one recent statement. Our calculator reads what you actually pay, including your card mix and ticket sizes, and returns a rate. There is no negotiation, so it does not matter how hard you push.
Who does what afterwards
The same person.

The same person who set your account up. That is the main practical difference between coming through us and going direct, where you get whoever answers.
Teya. They are the regulated party and the acquirer. Klipy is an Independent Sales Channel: we get you set up and stay reachable, but we do not handle your money.
Yes, there is an optional partnership that pays a share of what we make on the businesses you introduce, for up to three years. It has no effect on your own rate. Ask us and we will explain how it works.
