After you switch

The same person, every time

Go direct and you speak to whoever picks up, and you explain your setup again each time. Come through us and you get one named person who set your account up, knows what is on it, and answers the same number next month.

Making the switch

Set up first, then cancel.

Most applications are approved within a few working days once we have your documents. We tell you what is outstanding rather than leaving you to guess. Get set up first, check it works, then close the old account. Ask us about notice periods before you cancel anything, as some carry a charge.
